Your data

You can ask us to delete everything we hold about you, send you a copy of it, or correct something that is wrong. It is free, and we answer within 30 days — usually a great deal sooner. You do not need an account to ask.
Delete your account
If you have a Nova account, signing in is the fastest route: we can verify it is really you, and the deletion happens immediately rather than waiting on a human.
Checking whether you're signed in…
Signed in as . Deleting your account will permanently remove your saved stands and the artwork on them, and will strip your name and contact details from any quote requests you sent.
Records of completed orders are kept, with your personal details removed. We are required to keep proof of a sale for tax and accounting purposes, and the right to erasure does not override that.
You're not signed in. Sign in to delete your account instantly, or use the form below and we'll handle it by hand.
Make a request
No account, or you would rather we did it for you? Send this and a person will pick it up. We will reply to the address you give us to confirm it is really yours before we delete anything — which is why the form on its own does not immediately erase anything.
Just come off the mailing list
If all you want is to stop hearing from us, this does it on the spot — no confirmation email, no waiting, and no need to prove who you are. We can afford to skip that step here, and only here: taking an address off a list tells nobody anything and takes nothing away from you. Everything above needs checking first because it hands out or destroys real records.
What we hold, and what happens to it
- Quote requests — your name, contact details, what you told us about your stand, and any design or artwork attached. Deleted on request; otherwise anonymised automatically after 24 months.
- Orders — your details, the stand, and the amount paid. On request we strip everything personal and keep only the shape of the sale and the money; the record itself we must keep for 7 years.
- Saved stands — deleted outright, along with any artwork you uploaded to them.
- Your account — deleted outright.
- Email records — our log of messages we sent you. Deleted outright.
- The "tell me when you open" list — just your email address and the date you asked. Deleted outright, and the box above does it on the spot — the one thing here we can do without checking who you are first, because there is nothing to disclose in doing it. Otherwise deleted automatically 36 months after you last asked to be on it.
Your rights in full
Under UK and EU GDPR you have the right to access, correct, delete, and port your data, and to object to or restrict how we use it. If you are in California, the CCPA gives you the right to know what we collect, to have it deleted, to correct it, and not to be treated differently for asking. We never sell or share personal information, so there is nothing to opt out of on that count. Whichever applies to you, the form above is the way to ask, and none of it costs anything.
If we get it wrong, you can complain to your data protection authority — in the UK that is the Information Commissioner's Office. We would rather you told us first: support@novaexhibits.co.uk.
